Join us for an intimate dinner with Pedro Aibar from Bodegas Tresmano, one of the best producers in the heart of The Golden Mile of Ribera del Duero.

A key figure in the Spanish wine industry over the last four decades, Pedro has worked for some of the largest and most esteemed wine companies in Spain. While these wines are relatively new to the US, Tresmano has quickly captured the hearts of top Spanish restaurants and collectors for its freshness and commitment to organic farming.

This multi-course dinner will pair five curated wines, including one white, three reds, and a sweet wine, with both classic Leña offerings like our Ostras a la Gallega, as well as interesting new dishes, such as Churrasco de Ternera, short ribs slow cooked for 48 hours and then grilled. This collaboration is one-night-only and not to be missed!
