TXULA STEAK is José Andrés Group’s newest steakhouse—inspired by the traditional flavors and spirit found in the legendary asadores of the Basque country. Tucked inside the acclaimed Mercado Little Spain at Hudson Yards and named for the Txuletón, a 60-day aged beef ribeye, Txula Steak centers around a roaring Josper charcoal oven where meats, seafood, and vegetables are kissed by live fire. Expect signature cuts including Ibérico pork, Spanish lamb, and American Wagyu served alongside Steak Tartare Bikini sandwiches, Red Shrimp from the Balearic Sea, the iconic Txuleburger, and the Martina Hayworth, a Spanish twist on the classic steakhouse martini—all prepared using old-world techniques and served under the High Line.
