Bar Manolo is inspired by a long line of neighborhood bars and restaurants, the kind of place you stop by for a bite and a drink on your way to dinner, a lively corner where everyone knows tu nombre. The menu focuses on cosas para picar like cured anchovies, chicken croquetas, molletes (pressed sandwiches), and tinned fish – perfect for pairing with a list of refreshing drinks, including vermouth, wine, and beer by the bottle.
